Workshop Controller
Salary up to £30,000pa

We have a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Senior Technician or Workshop Controller, looking to join our popular and high-end brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership go above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is the best possible. Ensuring that each service is suited to each customer is something they take huge pride in. Ensuring all staff members are professional, welcoming and friendly to their customers is also something they aim to thrive in.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have experience as a Senior Technician or a Workshop controller. The ideal candidate will have the ability to remain calm in high pressured environments, have strong leadership skills and have technical, automotive knowledge.

Workshop Controller Main Duties;
·Ensure strong communication between Service Advisors and Technicians
·To control the flow and work completed by Technicians
·To ensure the quality of the work completed by Technicians
·To organise sales preparation work to meet with the demands of the Sales team
·To ensure client collection times are met and any problems are raised with the Service team
·To identify the best Technician for the work required
·To ensure workshop targets are met
·Complete job cars analysis
·To support Technicians
·To understand and overlook warranty procedures
·Complete invoicing
·To ensure client satisfaction is maintained at a high level
·Responsible for workshop security (unlocking and locking)

Workshop Controller Essentials;
·Previous Senior Technician or Workshop Controller experience
·Able to remain calm in high pressured environments
·Strong leadership skills
·Technical and Automotive knowledge
