My client is looking for a Workshop Controller to join their busy team in Warrington. 
You will be working for one of the largest refrigerated truck rental companies in Europe.

You will be overseeing 5 apprentices’, 10 technicians and 3 drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified HGV Technician to enhance your career.
This role is crucial to the success of the Service Department. You will be expected to manage and delegate work to the Vehicle Technicians / Mechanics in the workshop, ensuring work is running smoothly and to a high level of efficiency whilst making sure targets are met.

The Workshop Controller role involves:

·Be responsible for the day to day running of the workshop
·Organising a large team of technicians
·Maintaining and controlling the productivity of a busy workshop
·Ensuring that commercial and operational requirements are considered at all times
·Meeting customer expectations for repair times of vehicles

Essential for this Workshop Controller role

·Level 3 or equivalent
·Class 1 licence
·Own Tools
·Previous supervisory role
