Workshop Controller
Salary up to £25,000pa plus OTE
Location: Cambridge

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller looking to join our popular, high demand brand Dealership.

To be considered for this positon, you will need to have Workshop Controller, Service Advisor or Vehicle Technician experience from a previous main Dealership. The ideal candidate will be have good mechanical knowledge, computer skills and commitment to producing good results.

Main Duties;
·Ensure strong communication between Service Advisors and Technicians
·To control the flow and work completed by Technicians
·To ensure the quality of the work completed by Technicians
·To organise sales preparation work to meet with the demands of the Sales team
·To ensure client collection times are met and any problems are raised with the Service team
·To identify the best Technician for the work required
·To ensure workshop targets are met
·Complete job cars analysis
·To support Technicians
·To understand and overlook warranty procedures
·Complete invoicing
·To ensure client satisfaction is maintained at a high level
·Responsible for workshop security (unlocking and locking)

Essentials;
·Previous Vehicle Technician / Workshop Controller / Service Advisor experience
·Main Dealership Experience
·Able to supervise and manager Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians
·Able to deal pressures of the busy environment
