Workshop Controller
Basic Salary up to £30,000pa plus OTE up to £35,000pa and Overtime
Location: Exeter

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician/Workshop Controller or Workshop Foreman looking to join our popular, franchise Dealership.

This Dealership offers a wide range of products and services, and offers them all with amazing customer service and amazing prices. All staff are trained to brand standards so they are able to provide a wide range of knowledge for all customers.

Main Duties;
·Ensure strong communication between Service Advisors and Technicians
·To control the flow and work completed by Technicians
·To ensure the quality of the work completed by Technicians
·To organise sales preparation work to meet with the demands of the Sales team
·To ensure client collection times are met and any problems are raised with the Service team
·To identify the best Technician for the work required
·To ensure workshop targets are met
·Complete job cars analysis
·To support Technicians
·To understand and overlook warranty procedures
·Complete invoicing
·To ensure client satisfaction is maintained at a high level
·Responsible for workshop security (unlocking and locking)

Essentials;
·Previous Vehicle Technician / Workshop Controller / Workshop Foreman experience
·Main Dealership Experience
·Able to supervise and manager Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians
·Able to deal pressures of the busy environment
