Pro-active Workshop Controller required for a thriving workshop based in Hull.

Salary: £ 28,000

Permanent Position.

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller has arisen for an extremely successful Commercial Main Dealership Company, based in Carlisle.

This is an opportunity for a commercial workshop controller to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through influencing and assisting at the workshop and with the service team.
You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be guiding and motivating your team to ensure the company thrives!

Working hours: (45 hours p/w) Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:30 & alternating Saturday 08:00 - 12:00

Essential Skills & Qualifications for this Workshop Controller role:
·NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Maintenance and Repair.
·A can-do attitude, leadership skills, impeccable organisational skills, confidence and commitment.
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·A genuine interest in ensuring you and your service team perform to the best of your abilities and make continuous progress.
·Having previous experience in an automotive role at this standard or similar.
·Full clean UK Driving Licence.
