WORKSHOP CONTROLLER

Workshop Controller required for a prestige dealership based in Bristol

Basic Salary: £20,000pa - £35,000pa BONUS/OTE: up to £35,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm / Saturdays (1 in 3) 8am - 12pm

Our client is seeking a Workshop Controller who understands the demands of a prestige, busy dealership and the ability to meet the high standards that this great position brings. You will possess the skills to be organised and the ability to engage and motivate colleagues and customers, whilst maximizing time available to sell on a daily basis.

You will be required to have main dealership experience and show a genuine commitment to the first-class customer service you will provide to all customers.

Skills & Qualifications of a Workshop Controller:

·Must have evidential proof that you are able to run a productive workshop
·Experience of managing a team of Vehicle Technicians / Mechanics
·Must be able to demonstrate leadership and identify problems within the workshop with an understanding of how to fix them
·Have a can-do attitude with the ability to prioritise / organise work to ensure the workshop runs smoothly
·Strong communication is ESSENTIAL - you are the central person who all technicians will report to and therefore must be able to give quick solutions to any issues
·Must be driven and task orientated
