Workshop Controller

My client, one of the UK's largest Commercial Vehicle Main Dealers is looking to take on an experienced, motivated, customer focused and success driven Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager for their busy site in the Midlands.


Job Role Key Aspects of Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager:

·Provide assistance and support to Depot Manager / Service Manager
·To be first port of call for Charge Hands
·Carry out daily quality control checks in line with ISO standards
·Build relationship between Workshop staff and Service Reception, and between Workshop and Parts
·Ensure all Company, Health & Safety and Environmental policies and standards are adhered to.
·Oversee general housekeeping in workshop and outside areas.
·To help organise, control and plan workshop throughput.

Shift Hours:

Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:30 with alternating Saturday morning.
