Workshop Administrator
Cheshire
£19,000pa

Monday to Friday 08:30AM – 17:00PM

With more than 40 years industry experience and expertise, my client is the UK’s leading provider of operated road sweepers and self-drive specialist vehicles, working in partnership with local authorities and private sector markets.

They are looking for an experienced administrator to join them.

·Are you an experienced workshop administrator?
·Are you able to work under pressure?
·Do you have experience with Tranman and Jamma?


The role of the Workshop Administrator:

·Raising job sheets and book work into the workshop
·Update the service schedule with service jobs
·Maintain workshop job sheets, enter parts used and reconcile hours booked
·Research, prepare and generate workshop repair quotations
·Order parts in preparation for workshop repair jobs
·Maintain stock and re-order when necessary
·Raise purchase orders, reconcile costs and book stock in
·Arrange Transport collection and deliveries
·Enter workshop hours onto the system
·Chase workshop job purchase orders
·Maintain job folders on the company server
·Processing customer order numbers for jobs
·Liaising with customers and service engineers
·Invoicing repairs
·Take credit card payments
·Administrating holiday system
·Booking and administration of ADR tests
·Administration of workshop equipment check sheets
·Scheduling engineers vans stock stake and audits
·Scheduling engineers vans in at garages when required
·Scheduling of engineer training
·Any other ad hoc duties

The successful Workshop Administrator will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

·Computer Literacy including Word and Excel
·Experience with Tranman and Jamma
·Attention to detail
·Good communication skills
·Flexibility
·Highly organised
·Conscientious
·Able to prioritise work
·Able to work under pressure
