Warranty Advisor

Location: Billingham
Salary: £24,000pa + OT

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm + month end Saturday

Our client requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Warranty Advisor / Warranty Advisor / Warranty Manager / R & M Administrator for their Depot in the Billingham.

Responsibilities as a Commercial Vehicle Warranty Advisor / Warranty Advisor / Warranty Manager / R & M Administrator is to:

·Overview and collate service dept KPIs such as:
-MOT performance
-Updating of daily VOR log
-Vehicle compliance register (including NETV rental fleet)
·Issuing of order numbers and authorising work to vehicles on NETV R&M contracts.
·Review budget spend per vehicle (as set up in contract) and review spend against budget and manage accordingly
·Setting up contracts on NETV system.
·Issuing sales ledger invoices for vehicles on contract

Key requirements as a Commercial Vehicle Warranty Advisor / Warranty Advisor / Warranty Manager / R & M Administrator that has: 

·Strong administrative background
·Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles strongly preferred
·Commercial experience of running vehicles strongly preferred (e.g. fleet manager etc)
·Ability to work alone and part of team and to ensure get results
