We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator looking to join a successful Commercial franchise Main dealer.
Working as a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for coding and processing all warranty repairs that have been carried out in the workshop.
Working closely with the service advisor and technicians, you must ensure all warranty procedures set out by the manufacturer are followed. You will have excellent attention to detail and time management skills making sure all warranty and goodwill claims are submitted accurately and within the agreed time scales.
The ideal Warranty Administrator candidate will have:
·Previous experience in a Main Dealership
·Excellent computer literacy and administration skills
·Great organisation and ability to communicate well
·Full UK driving licence
·Previous Warranty Administration knowledge
