WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR - PART TIME - 3 DAYS
Warranty Administrator required for our Dealership client based near Aylesbury
Basic Salary £10.70ph
·Do you have previous experience as a Warranty Administrator within the motor industry?
·Are you knowledgeable in Warranty, Service Advising and/or Workshop Control?
·Do you have a great attention to detail and enjoy working within a busy environment?
As a Warranty Administrator, you be a crucial role within the business and will be helping to drive the business forward to ensure full compliance with all manufacturer warranty systems and to minimise the risk of warranty audit failure. You will also be required to assist the Aftersales Manager, your main duties will involve submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims, applying the policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, monitor warranty reports, achieving industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control, all whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and industry guidelines are put into place.
This is a busy role and involves a lot of liaison with manufacturers, therefore strong communication skills and ability to build a strong rapport with people is crucial.
Working hours - 3 DAYS - WED, THURS, FRI 08:30 - 5:30pm
Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Warranty Administrator
·Experience within the motor industry in a warranty role
·Computer literate with good communication skills
·Extremely organised along with the ability to manage the workload efficiently
·Great attention to detail in your work
