SHIFTS

Mon to Friday 8:00 to 18:00



Warranty Administrator job role:

·Processing Warranty claims on a daily basis
·Processing claims correctly and any queries are dealt with in a timely and responsible manner to safeguard claim payments
·Report directly to the manager and liaise with colleagues so claims are processed efficiently Highlight any errors to be reviewed, minimise future mistakes and to reduce claim rejections/ underpayments
·Fully audit job packs to conform with company guidelines
·Processing parts returns to Warranty claims
·Work to tight deadlines and targets as set by the Warranty Administration Supervisor and Manager and comply with instructions given.
·Filing duties
·Generating workshop invoices (Retail, Warranty and R&M)
·Processing Goodwill claims
·Processing of parts returns


Experience:

·Experience in the Motor trade with a commercial vehicle background is desirable
·experience as a warranty administrator
·Strong IT skills are essential and experience using Kerridge is desirable.
·Warranty administration experience
·Computer literate and experience with Kerridge
·Polite with a good working attitude, pro-active and a team player.
·Applicant must be flexible to working overtime as and when required.
