Warranty Administrator required for Prestige Dealership based in Romford.
Salary: £25,000pa Basic £35,000pa OTE

Our client, a highly reputable main dealership is seeking an adaptable and efficient warranty administrator to join their fantastic team based in Romford.
As a warranty administrator, you be a crucial role in helping to drive the business forward to ensure full compliance with all manufacturer warranty systems and minimise the risk of warranty audit failure.
Assisting the Aftersales Manager, your main duties will involve submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims, applying the policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, monitor warranty reports, achieving industry-lead standards of process efficiency and cost control, all whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and industry guidelines are put into place.
This is a busy role and involves a lot of liaison with the dealerships and manufacturers, therefore strong communication skills and ability to build a strong rapport with people is crucial.
Skills & Qualifications of a Warranty Administrator
·Experience working within the motor industry in a similar warranty / administration role is essential.
·Computer literate with good communication skills.
·Extremely organised along with the ability to manage the workload efficiently.
·Great attention to detail in your work
