VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC 
BASED IN WATFORD
SALARY: UP TO £26,000 BASIC + OTE £32,000 (Salary dependent on experience)

Due the company success and expansion within the team, a new and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Vehicle Technician has opened to join their fantastic franchise based in Watford. This company is keen to encourage fast track training and is seeking ambitious technicians looking to gain Master Technician status!

VEHICLE TECHNICIAN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Systematically carrying out complex fault diagnosis, monitoring the repair process, carrying out final checks and, if required, handing over the vehicle to the customer.
·Supporting colleagues in the workshop in systematic fault diagnosis.
·Documenting the results of the diagnoses.
·Informing colleagues in the workshop of technical innovations and communicating important information regarding fault diagnosis.
·Maintain a good level of efficiency without compromising quality
·Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
·Accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
·Detect and diagnose and additional faults for further repair
·Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with professional standards
·Fulfil all tasks to the customers’ complete satisfaction
·Always work to your best ability to promote and maintain a very high standard of customer care
·Excellent customer service skills
·Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
·Experience and competency in the accurate use of IT equipment
·Self-motivation and enthusiasm

VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

·Relevant, Automotive NVQ level 3 /City and Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance Repair
·Franchise experience as a diagnostic vehicle technician
·A full Driving Licence
·Own tools
