VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER

Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester required for main dealership in Mitcham

Basic Salary: £27,000pa to £32,000pa BONUS/OTE: £35,000 to £40,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm / Saturdays (1 in 2) 8.30am – 12.30pm

The right candidate for the role will be an experienced, reliable and efficient Vehicle Technician that will be capable to carry out MOT tests when necessary. This job role requires you to have experience working within the motor industry, a Level 3 Qualification as a Vehicle Technician and a valid MOT License. You will be required to work in a wide range, from servicing a vehicle to general vehicle repair to MOT testing. You must be able to work within the motor industry as part of an active and busy team, with excellent technical skills and a steady working-head.

Skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Technician:

·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·At least 2 years technician experience in the automotive industry
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction
·Have skills in many areas – general services, MOT, basic diagnostics etc
·Good attitude and a time-conscious individual
·Valid MOT Licence
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
