VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC
BASIC SALARY: £25,000pa Plus OTE/ BONUS UP TO £35,000pa
Bonus is Achieved on Efficiencies!

We are seeking an experienced LEVEL 3 MECHANIC / VEHICLE TECHNICIAN to join our happy forward-thinking friendly team!

A large part of the Mechanic / Vehicle Technician position involves:

·As a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for all types of jobs such as repair, service and maintenance, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
·Duties will be split between Diagnostics and servicing cars.
·Full understating of electrical and warranty issues and how to resolve them.
·Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
·Ability to work multiple diagnostic programs.
·Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
·Capable of providing a clear hand-written description of the work carried out.
·Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
·Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Qualifications and must haves for the Mechanic / Vehicle Technician:

·Great attitude and be a team player.
·Clear communicator, as need to explain and train younger vehicle technicians.
·Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification).
·Preferably with MOT but not essential.

As the Mechanic / Vehicle Technician - We expect you to demonstrate the following:

·Qualify, diagnose and find a solution for all car issues
·An eye for detail.
·Ability to work under pressure
·Quality awareness.
·Communication skills
·Full driving licence
