VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Vehicle Technician required for Main Dealership in Kidlington.
Salary basic £21,000pa - £26,000pa plus BONUS/OTE £27,000pa - £33,000pa

Our client, a highly reputable main dealership is seeking a vehicle technician with to join their growing team based in Kidlington.

As an experienced vehicle technician, you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repairs of vehicles, carrying out routine servicing and diagnostic checks, warranty repairs, PDI Checks, fault finding issues and issuing maintenance checks according to franchise guidelines, working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records, all whilst ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved and maintained.

We are looking for Vehicle Technicians who can be varied in their role as duties will include general service and diagnostics.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week 8am – 6pm. Alternate Saturdays 8am – 1pm.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Vehicle Technician role:

·Level 2/3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair.
·2 years minimum experience within an automotive workshop environment
·Main Dealership / Large independent experience
·Good professionalism and ability to work as part of a team and a genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
·Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs and fault finding
