Vehicle Technician required for Independent Garage in Belfast
Salary: £20,000pa - £22,000pa basic OTE £25,000pa

Our client, a highly rated independent garage with Automotive experience to join their growing team based in Belfast

As a vehicle technician, you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repairs of vehicles, carrying out routine servicing and diagnostic checks, warranty repairs, PDI Checks, fault finding issues and issuing maintenance checks according to franchise guidelines, working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records, all whilst ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved and maintained. For this role you will be working in a team of vehicle technicians, therefore strong communications skills are essential to the role.

For this role it is imperative that you are able to work independent and is happy to get their hands dirty. Any experience working on prestige vehicles is a real advantage.

Working Hours: 40 hours 9 - 6pm Monday - Thursday with Fridays 9 - 3pm / Saturdays are OPTIONAL

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Vehicle Technician role:

·Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair.
·4 years minimum experience within an automotive workshop environment
·Main Dealership / Large independent experience (prestige experience an advantage)
·Good professionalism and ability to work as part of a team and a genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
