Vehicle Technician required for Main Dealership in Prescot.
Salary: £21,500pa basic OTE £24,000

Our client, a highly reputable main dealership is seeking an multi-skilled vehicle technician to join their growing team based in Prescot.

As an experienced vehicle technician, you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repairs of vehicles, carrying out routine servicing and diagnostic checks, warranty repairs, PDI Checks, fault finding issues and issuing maintenance checks according to franchise guidelines, working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records, all whilst ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved and maintained.

We are looking for Vehicle technicians who can be varied in their role as duties will mainly involve carrying out service diagnostic work and general service repairs. Vehicle technicians with a valid MOT Licence will also be an advantage.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm / Saturdays 1 in 2 on rota 8:30am - 12:20pm 

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role:

·Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair.
·4 years minimum experience within an automotive workshop environment
·Valid MOT Licence (preferred but not essential)
·Main Dealership / Large independent experience
·Good professionalism and ability to work as part of a team and a genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
·Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs and fault finding
