Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £26,000pa plus OTE up to £28,000pa
Location: Ipswich

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Vehicle Technician looking to join our popular, franchise brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership our passionate about the brands they represent, and aim to give every customer the perfect experience. This Dealership are constantly on the hunt for talent candidates across all departments to assist in their continuously growing Dealership.

To be considered for this position, you will need to be a Level 3 Vehicle Technician. The ideal candidate will be keen to learn new skills, be able to follow structure and processes and always ensure the customer has the best experience possible.

Vehicle Technician General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Vehicle Technician Essentials;
·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·Keen to learn
·Enjoy working with structure and procedures
·Ensure the Customer has the best experience possible.
