Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £24,000pa plus OTE up to £30,000pa
Location: Sutton Coldfield

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle looking to join our popular, volume brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership maintains the highest standards of professionalism, deliver excellence in customer service with expertise and enthusiasm and offer multiple opportunities for motivated and committed individuals.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Level 3 Vehicle Technician with Main Dealership experience. An MOT license would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will always have the customer in the mind, take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work, and be very motivated.

Vehicle Technician General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own
