Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £26,000pa plus OTE up to £30,000pa
Location: Coventry

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an Level 3 Vehicle Technician looking to join our popular, volume brand Car Dealership.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Level 3 Vehicle Technician. Main Dealership experience is desired but not essential. The ideal candidate will be honest and realistic to their customer and their colleagues, enjoy working in close knit teams, be keen to learn and enhance their skills and always keep the customer in mind.

Vehicle Technician General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Vehicle Technician Essentials;
·Level 3 Vehicle Technician (minimum)
·Dealership Experience (desired)
·Able to work well in close knit teams
·Able to be honest, reliable and transparent with colleagues and customers
·Have the customers best interest
