Level 3 Vehicle Technician
Salary £22,000 - £25,000pa plus bonus/OTE up to £29,000pa

The perfect candidate must be Level 3 Qualified. Dealership experience and an MOT license are an advantage but are not necessary for the role. We are looking for someone who is dedicated in their job, works to a high standard and is eager to train and develop within the company. General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own
