Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £25,000pa plus OTE up to £30,000pa
Location: Stafford

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced, Level 3 Vehicle Technician looking to join our popular and high market Dealership.

This Dealership offers a wide variety of services as luxury as their vehicles. All staff members are brand trained to meet certain knowledge and brand standards to help all customers. Quality of service is never compromised, and all staff are highly valued and looked after.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Essentials;
·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·Dealership or Large Independent Garage Experience
·Willing to be brand trained
·Dedicated to your work
·Team player
·Driven
