Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester
Basic Salary of £22,000pa plus OTE up to £30,000pa plus overtime
Location: Hampshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our high demand brand Dealership. This dealership always puts their customers first in every aspect of their business. They offer a wide variety of products and believe in offering valuable customer service.

To be considered for this position, you will need to a Level 3 Vehicle Technician, an MOT Tester (Class 4 and 7) and have experience as a Vehicle Technician with a Dealership or Large Independent Garage for at least 3 years. The ideal candidate will be a genuine team player, have the willingness to work and will be open to any job you will be required to do.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Essentials;
·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·MOT Tester - Class 4 and 7
·Dealership/Large Independent Garage Experience
·Dedicated to your work
·Team player
·Open to any type of job
