Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £22,000pa plus OTE up to £27,000pa
Location: Cirencester

We have a brand new opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our high demand, popular brand Dealership.

This Dealership focuses highly on progression and staff development, offering training to ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered at all times, Exceeding industry standards across all departments, this is a great Dealership to work for.

To be considered for this role, you will either need to be a Level 2 or Level 3 Vehicle Technician. Dealership experience is needed and someone with a Diagnostic background would also be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be able to be pick up the role quickly, work well within a growing team and work to high standards at all times.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own
