Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £24,000pa
Location: Cardiff

We have a brand new opportunity for a Level 3 Vehicle Technician looking to join our growing independent garage.

Our independent garage care for their staff and customers and always go above and beyond to offer the best service possible. They are an honest garage who continue to keep the customer involved with any processes completed, they set realistic time frames for their staff and their customers.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician. The ideal candidate will be very customer focused, work well within realistic set time frames and work well within a team. A quick learner and self-motivated individual would work best within with this role.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
