Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £24,000pa plus OTE up to £30,000pa
Location: Newport

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our high demand, popular branded Dealership.

This Dealership and brand are very passionate about the services they offer across all departments and feel communication is key between departments and their customers. All processes completed by members of staff are to always have the customer in mind from the moment they enter the Dealership, right till they leave, and even after!

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Level 3 Vehicle Technician with Automotive experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive and always customer focused. A professional and approachable attitude towards colleagues and customers is also very important.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Essentials;
·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·Presentable and professional
·Customer focused and forward thinking
