Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £24,000pa plus OTE up to £30,000pa
Location: Coventry

We a have a brand new, exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our franchise brand Dealership.

Our Dealership prides themselves in the services they offer from the moment you walk into the Dealership, to months down the line. They provide the best possible experience for their customers and that is why they are growing quickly.

The ideal candidate will always have the customer in mind when they are completing work with their vehicles. The will work to the company standards and ensure all work they produce is to the best of their abilities. Having time frames and targets in mind will also create motivation and productivity for the individual and the team.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own
