Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £27,000pa plus OTE up to £35,000pa
Location: Dudley

We have an amazing opportunity for a Level 3 Vehicle Technician within our high demand branded Dealership. This Dealership believe in putting the customers first, and treating their staff members for the same. Delivering first class service means first class rewards!

The ideal candidate will work well within a team of 8 technicians, be self-motivated in busy environments and will also show strong organisational skills.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own
