Vehicle Technician
Salary Package up to £24,500pa
Location: Newport

A great opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician with knowledge of servicing and repairs of cars and light vehicles. Experience with diagnostic jobs is also highly important! The successful candidate will be able to work in an organised manner, work well within a tea and independently and work towards tight deadlines. You may occasionally be required to answer telephone calls and make bookings for customers so being presentable and customer focused is important.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Essentials;
·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·Your own tools
·Driving License
·Able to work well under pressure
·Organised
·Customer focused
·Presentable
