Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £23,000pa plus uncapped bonus
Location: Bristol

Our large Dealership are looking to add another Vehicle Technician to their expanding team. You will be joining a busy team with lots of work to get your hands stuck into. You will need to work well within given time frames, under pressure and within your team. A self motivated Technician who can use their own initiative is vital!

General Duties;

·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Essentials;

·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Level 2 with Experience
·MOT License - desired
·Dedicated to your work
·Team player
·Work well under pressure

·Efficient
