Vehicle Technician required for main dealership based in Luton
Basic Salary: £25,000pa - £28,000pa + BONUS

Our client, a highly reputable main dealership is seeking an experienced vehicle technician to join their growing team based in Luton.

As an experienced vehicle technician, you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repairs of vehicles, carrying out routine servicing and diagnostic checks, warranty repairs, fault finding issues and issuing maintenance checks according to franchise guidelines, ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved and maintained. You will be working in a large team of vehicle technicians, therefore strong communications skills are essential to the role.

Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday / Saturdays on rota 1 in 2 8:00am - 1:00pm. Additional overtime is also available.

Essential Skills & Qualifications of a Vehicle Technician:

·Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair.
·2 years minimum experience within an automotive workshop environment post apprenticeship
·Main Dealership / Large independent experience
·Ability to work as part of a team and a genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
·Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs and fault finding
·Driving Licence
·Own Tools
