Vehicle Technician required for our automotive client in North Yorkshire

Basic Salary £22,000pa BONUS&OTE up to £25,000

Our client, is seeking a Vehicle Technician with to join their growing team based in North Yorkshire.

As an experienced Vehicle Technician, you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repairs of vehicles, carrying out routine servicing and diagnostic checks, warranty repairs, PDI Checks, fault finding issues and issuing maintenance checks according to franchise guidelines, working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records, all whilst ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved and maintained. An MOT licence would be beneficial but not essential.

We are looking for Vehicle Technicians who can be varied in their role as duties will include general service / repair work.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm / Saturdays (alternate) 8.30am – 12.30pm

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Vehicle Technician role:

·Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair
·2 year’s minimum experience within an automotive workshop environment
·Always professional with the ability to work as part of a team
·Have a genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
·Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs and fault finding
