VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Vehicle Technician required for our automotive client in Inverness

Basic Salary £20,000pa to £26,000pa plus BONUS & OTE

The right candidate for the role will be a proactive, consistent and efficient Vehicle Technician with an attention to detail in all their work.

The job the requires you to have a Level 3 Qualification as a Vehicle Technician. You will be obligated to work in ranges from servicing a vehicle to general vehicle repair. You must be able to work within a dealership environment as part of an active and busy team, with good technical skills. The Vehicle Technician requires 3 years experience post apprenticeship and be competent with maintenance, service and repair. Previous franchise experience is preferred but not essential, the successful applicant will be self motivated, driven and find faults first time with a good attitude. The Vehicle Technician will receive a competitive salary, 30 days holiday alongside training and support.

Working Hours 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm and Saturdays (rota) 8am – 12pm

Skills and Qualifications of a Vehicle Technician

·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Previous Vehicle Technician experience within the automotive industry 3 years minimum (after apprenticeship)
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction
·Have skills in many areas – general services, basic diagnostics etc
·Good attitude and a time-conscious individual
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
