Vehicle Repair Advisor required in Bristol
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00

We are looking for a Vehicle Repair Advisor who will be based at a main dealership site in Bristol. This vacancy will not only require you to have a high level of drive and salesmanship but you will also need to have a high level of organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
·Meeting and greeting customers – providing updates where needed.
·Discuss and take down repair requirements creating the relevant paperwork.
·Liaise where needed with the main site Bodyshop Managers/Vehicle Damage Assessors.
·Understanding customer needs and guiding them towards suitable products and/or services.
·Meet customer requirements taking into account site targets.
·Book vehicles into the workshop.
·Build a solid relationship with our dealership partner.
·Take payment where needed.
·Prepare job cards for the onsite technicians – with agreed timescales.
·Provide progress reports where required.
About you:
You will be a highly-motivated, driven individual who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In your application you will be able to demonstrate a strong background within the accident repair process and you will have demonstratable skills delivering excellent customer service, sales techniques and an understanding of car bod repair estimating. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and will hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
