Vehicle Repair Advisor required in Poole
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00

We are keen to recruit and retain talented people who can play a key role in our business and keep up with its rapid growth. We are looking for a Vehicle Repair Advisor who will be based at a main dealership site in Bristol.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting customers wanting repairs done – providing updates where needed
• Discuss and take down repair requirements creating the relevant paperwork
• Liaise where needed with the main site Bodyshop Managers/Vehicle Damage Assessors
• Understanding customer needs and guiding them towards suitable products and/or services
• Meet customer requirements taking into account site targets
• Book vehicles into the workshop
• Build a solid relationship with our dealership partner
• Take payment where needed
• Prepare job cards for the onsite technicians – with agreed timescales
• Provide progress reports where required

About you:

• You will be a highly-motivated, driven individual who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• In your application you will be able to demonstrate a strong background within the accident repair process and you will have demonstratable skills delivering excellent customer service, sales techniques and an understanding of car bod repair estimating
• You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and will hold a full, valid UK driving licence
