Vehicle Technician
Salary up to £28,000pa plus OTE up to £40,000pa
Location: Coventry

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician, looking to join our popular, high demand, franchise brand Dealership.

This Dealership offers excellent levels of service fora all vehicles, customers and staff members. All staff members are trained to have extensive product knowledge to answer all questions and queries.

To be considered for the role, you will need to be a Level 3 Vehicle Technician and preferably have an MOT License. The ideal candidate will be flexible, dedicated and target/bonus driven.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Essentials;

·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·MOT license
·Main Dealership experience
·Flexible
·Dedicated
·Target/Bonus Driven
