Up to £30500.00

Working Hours of the Transport Planner / Operations Planner / Scheduler / Logistics Planner / Fleet Manager: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30

Location: Fareham

Our Client are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated Transport Planner / Operations Planner / Scheduler / Logistics Planner / Fleet Manager  to join the team in providing strong scheduling and resource allocation support to the Operations service based at our Fareham Head Office and Depot. 

About the Transport Planner / Operations Planner / Scheduler / Logistics Planner / Fleet Manager:

The Operations Planner will be working within a fast-paced operational environment where no 2 days are the same. The role will take ownership of the scheduling and allocation of a large driving team and their vehicles, ensuring a planned efficient and effective service, while conforming to company compliance and regulatory requirements. The role will also support the Operations management to look at ways to enhance service delivery. 

To be successful as a Transport Planner / Operations Planner / Scheduler / Logistics Planner / Fleet Manager you will need to:

•      be focussed, analytical & have an excellent eye for detail
•      be well-organised
•      Be calm & pragmatic when dealing with the most challenging of situations 
•      have strong safety and quality compliance awareness
