Trainee VDA Estimators

We have vacancies for two candidates who must have gained NVQ level 3 qualifications in either:

  • Mechanical, MET
  • Panel Beating
  • Prep/Paint and are looking to forward their career as a VDA


Estimator, this is a great opportunity and full on site and off site training will be given and we guarantee that the right minded candidates will achieve NVQ level 3 and VDA accreditation, the candidates must be of a smart appearance, have an understanding of IT, be able to communicate professionally with both staff and customers along with work providers. We require self-motivated people who want to move forward with there careers in the Accident Repair industry.

Job Role: 

  • Hours Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.30pm
  • Alternate Saturdays 8.00am-12.30pm
  • Holidays of 22 days per year plus Bank holidays
  • A starting package of £24,000 per year plus bonus and commissions with three monthly reviews during the training period where the salary will be reviewed
  • Full training will be given and all training costs paid by the ARC Group
  • Staff uniform will be supplied


We would expect that once qualified the candidate could be earning between £34,000 to £36,000 per year plus a very generous bonus scheme and commissions taking the potential earnings up  to £44,000 per year
