TRAILER TECHNICIAN

Location: Grays
Salary: £27,000pa up to £32,000pa (DOE)
Shifts: Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 18:00PM

Day Shift Trailer Technician / Trailer Fitter / HGV Technician / HGV Fitter required for a thriving workshop located in Grays.

One of Europe's largest trailer companies is looking to recruit an experienced Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic / HGV Fitter / HGV Technician / Trailer Fitter for their state of the art workshop in Grays.

Duties & requirements for the successful Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic / HGV Fitter / HGV Technician / Trailer Fitter:

· Ability to service, repair & maintain trailers to a high standard within the company guidelines. and to conform to all current mandatory & EHS  legislation.
· To ensure all service documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
· To report up to the Branch or Workshop Manager any defects relating to the tankers which could suggest a manufacturing issue with any of the  components.
· To project a high customer service & corporate image at ALL times.
· NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
