Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive

My client, a Bristol based commercial vehicle company is looking for a Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive to join the team. 

Aim of the Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive:

To promote and grow Gullivers sale and proposition, canvasing for new and existing clients.

Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive:

  • Execute all hire enquiries / opportunities - manage delivery and collection and ensure that efficiency is achieved 
  • Maintain a strong and professional partnership and working relationship with the Depot Managers
  • Take a proactive and disciplined approach in managing the commercial relationship with our client base - regularly liaising with our clients to cultivate the business
  • Work closely with the Depot Managers to support retention of existing business and help to win new business from existing customer base via our added value services
  • Provide added value through open communication with customers
  • Maximise sales contribution each month and exceeding the company's expectation
  • Liaise with workshops to assist in controlling repair costs
  • Grow customer revenue base through marketing and Telesales activities with the clients
  • Take part in review meetings and present KPI's and performance
  • Champion of Health and Safety compliance with the Depot
  • Manage the resolving custoemr / invoice and other queries
  • Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction are met

Other duties of the Telesales Executive / Business Development Executive:

  • Liaise with other Rental Managers so as to understand and support all aspects of the business
  • Support the business in projects and other duties as required
  • Maintain a database of new and existing clients
  • Keep records of all activity and outputs
  • Take a pro active approach to the market and promote the divisions of the company
  • Generate leads and appointments for external sales team

Because of the changing nature of the business and its structure, your job description will inevitably change.  From time to time you may be required to undertake other activities that fall within your capabilities as directed by the Central Hire Manager.
