Experienced Vehicle Technician required for a main dealership in Greater Manchester

Basic Salary: £20,000pa to £24,000pa BONUS/OTE: up to £29,000

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a experienced Vehicle Technician who is looking for an opportunity to develop and further their career within the Motor Industry.

Our client is looking to work with your strengths and abilities, to develop what you enjoy doing as a Vehicle Technician as they will help you progress in the areas where you would like to grow. Your responsibilities will include:
·Servicing and resolving the most challenging and time-sensitive problems
·Diagnosing and identifying faults, making improvements, keeping accurate records and meet demanding quality and safety standards
·Fixing clutches, engine rebuilds and gear boxes
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintain a good level of efficiency without compromising quality
·Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
·Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with professional standards

To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have an NVQ or City & Guilds or equivalent Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and a stable job history.

Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Vehicle Technician:

·An amazing attitude and great work ethic
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Large Independent Garage or Dealership experience
·Previous technician status within the automotive industry
·A full, clean driving licence
·Your own set of tools
·Administration experience
·Experience and competency in the accurate use of IT equipment
·Have self-motivation and enthusiasm
