Service Technician
Salary up to £22,000pa plus OTE up to £28,000pa
Location: Shrewsbury

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Technician looking to join our growing, franchise Dealership.

To be considered for this position, you will need to be a Level 3 Vehicle Technician. The ideal candidate will enjoy a challenge and the satisfaction of a job well done.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Essentials;
·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·Challenge driven
·Main Dealership Experience
