SERVICE TEAM LEADER
Experienced Service Team Leader required for a Main Dealership in Lincoln

Basic Salary: £24,000pa plus BONUS/OTE: £28,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm / Saturdays (alternate) 8am – 1pm

Our client is looking for a customer service professional within the automotive industry to join their successful team as Service Team Leader, you will have a major part to play in achieving success by providing a professional service to all service customers and colleagues.

You must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and upselling additional products. Also informing services and repair work to customers is essential, plus to maintain profitability and meet targets set. You must have the ability to upsell and have a consultative approach to selling. To maximise service department profitability ensuring customer awareness of all available workshop services, you will always have the ability and skills to upsell products and an approachable presentation and personality to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction.

Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Service Team Leader role:

·Main Dealership or Large Independent experience
·Initiative to think on your feet when met with difficult situations
·Ability to work as a leader as well as still being part of a team
·A commitment to deliver a first-class customer service
·Career driven and ambition to hit targets
·Knowledge to help team members to move forward
