Service / PDI Technician
Salary up to £22,000pa plus Uncapped Bonus
Location: Leamington Spa

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service / PDI Technician to join our popular franchise brand Dealership.

This Dealership is a fast growing Dealership, meaning lots of new opportunities. Everyone is dedicated to giving the customer the best experience and are proud to offer a range of different services. Training all staff to high standards and offering uncapped bonus is just a slice of what this Dealership has to offer.

To be considered for this role, you must have lots of provable Service Technician or PDI Technician work, within a Main Dealership. You will be a member of a large, close knit team, so it is important that you enjoy busy environments and get on well with different types of people.

General Duties;

·Customer Satisfaction (CSI): To take responsibility to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels by providing a quality of service that means Customers would not consider using our competitors. 

·Technical Knowledge: To maintain high level of technical knowledge and ensure you are compliant with manufacturer training requirements. 

· Efficiency: To consistently maintain high levels of overall efficiency (hours sold vs. hours attended). 

·Quality: To uphold Company and manufacturer quality standards and ensure all work undertaken meets customer expectations in relation to repairs carried out and to ensure repeat repairs are minimised. 

· Delivering our Duty of Care: To ensure 100% compliance with the Vehicle Health Check process and that repair order write ups are clear and concise specifying Fault Cause & Rectification. 

· Standards: To maintain your work area, tools and equipment to a high standard and ensure you understand and comply with all health and safety regulations and that customer vehicles are appropriately protected while in our care.

 Essentials;
·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·Lots of Service or PDI Technician experience
·Main Dealership experience
·Dedicated to your work
·Team player
·Driven
