My client a commercial vehicle maintenance, service, repair business and are looking for a qualified HGV technician who is also able to work on LCV.

Role of the Service Receptionist

·Dealing with customers regarding repairs, pricing , queries and lead times
·Booking in customer vehicles and managing the workshop diary
·Dealing with invoicing and account queries
·Upkeep of customer database, sending out servicing reminders and updating customer and vehicle records
·Ad-hoc project admin work, supporting the business owner with ongoing business development as part of the growth strategy
·Raising Job Cards

Experience needed for the Service Receptionist

·Previous Experience working within the automotive industry
·Previous service reception / service advisor experience
·Able to work under pressure
