Service Receptionist
Manchester

Monday – Friday 07:00 – 19:00
40 hours a week (Flexibility is required)


My client has a new and exciting opportunity for a service receptionist to join their fast paced, exciting team.

As a service receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service, offering a personal and professional level of service which meets the levels that clients expect.



The main duties will include:

·Meeting and greeting customers and directing enquiries
·Providing support to on-site Sales Executives
·Working closely with all departments including service to ensure all vehicles are progressed and delivered on time
·Liaising with suppliers to provide updates on vehicle progress
·Maintaining a test drive and demo log
·Updating CRM with relevant customer activity information
·Compliance to Policies and Procedures

Skills Needed:

·Good computer literacy and administration skills
·Great organisation and ability to communicate well
·Flexible in approach
·Good communicator
·Balanced approach
·Worked within the automotive industry before
·Kerridge
