SERVICE MANAGER

Basic Salary – £30,00pa plus OTE up to £40,000
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 18:00pm, Saturdays (alternate) 8:00am - 13:00pm
Location - Lincoln

Responsibilities

• Talk and listen ot customers to build relationships, understand their needs and guide them towards the product/service that will best meet their needs
• Costs, time scales involved and setting realistic
• Encourage the sales of genuine parts, accessories and packages whenever possible
• Agree Vehicle Delivery and Collection, or car arrangements
• Co-ordinate workshop activity
• Update customers details to maintain accurate records of work carries out
• Work with colleagues and other teams across the Dealership to ensure entire Dealership is successful

Service Manager Essentials;

• Service Management experience within the Motor Trade
• Highly motivated
• Able to productively manage a team
• Maximises work load and quality
