SERVICE MANAGER
Service Manager required for a dealership based in Suffolk.

Basic Salary £30,000pa up to £35,000pa BONUS & OTE: up to £40,000pa

Our client, a highly reputable brand is looking for a motivated and friendly Service Manager to join and manage their team, motivating the service department and ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements with their best interest as your priority.

As a Service Manager you will need to be a strong performer who is able to monitor managing a small team whilst hitting your own daily target. This will include meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements, along with any other opportunities for up selling products, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm. Saturdays (1 in 3) 8:00am till 12:00pm

Essential skills & Qualifications of a Service Manager:

·Must have 5 years dealership experience as a Service Manager
·Strong and authoritative characteristics
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Have outstanding customer service
·Ability to thrive within a busy dealership
